Getting Started
Accessing the Event Centre
Log in to Tixstock.
Navigate to the Event Centre from the Tixstock menu or go directly to my.tixstock.com/event-centre
You’ll see the Home page featuring the Event Centre menu, page filters and curated event carousels.
Event Centre Overview
On-Sale Events
Track pre-sale and on-sale dates for global events. On-Sale Events provides the information you need to source inventory and create listings quickly.
Hot Events
Stay on top of what's trending. Hot Events shows you the top-performing events, based on real sales, search trends and views. These events let you see real-time market momentum, helping you make the right decisions.
My Events
Fine-tune your inventory and track events. My Events gives you insights into the events you are listing or are interested in.
Search and Filter
Find the information you need, faster. Search events and performers across the globe and filter results by geographic location, event category, and date range.
Calendar
Never miss a key date or deadline again. Visualise your schedule on your Tixstock Calendar - track delivery deadlines, upcoming events, on-sale dates, and more.

Each page displays curated event carousels – navigate the carousels by vertically scrolling or using the left and right arrows.

Page Filters
Apply quick filters at the top of each page to narrow results.
Category – Display All event categories or search for a specific one
Performer – Find specific artists or teams
Location – Filter events by country, city or venue
Date – Select predefined timeframes or create custom ranges
To clear applied filters, click Clear
Accessing Event Insights
Click on any event card to open the analysis slide-out.
This panel displays all data for that event, including event and venue details, real-time pricing, historical pricing, listing volume and recent sales.
Switching Data Views
Toggle between Listings and Sales view.
Use the event filters to refine results further by seating category, section/block, quantity and data source.
Drill down to specific seating categories and sections, e.g. Shortside Lower Tier for granular insight.
Adjust the ticket quantity filter to compare availability for single vs. grouped ticket quantities.
View/Add Inventory
Each event analysis slide-out details how many listings you currently have and the ability to quickly add listings for the event. Click Add listings to open the keyboard with event details pre-populated.
When you’re done, click < Event Centre in the top menu to return to the previous Event Centre view.
Buy on TX Trade
To explore available listings, click Buy on TX Trade - this opens an interactive map view with all listings available to buy on TX Trade.
When you’re done, click < Event Centre in the top menu to return to the previous Event Centre view.
Calendar
The Calendar lets you visualise and plan upcoming events and listings.
Calendar slide-out
Click the Calendar icon in the top-right corner of the Event Centre.
The slide-out will display a monthly calendar view and filters for team members and calendar entry types.
Full-page Calendar
Click the Calendar icon in the Tixstock menu to view a full-page calendar.
The page will display a monthly calendar view and filters for team members and calendar entry types.

How often is event data updated?
Event Centre data refreshes in near real-time, ensuring pricing, listings, and sales are always current.
Can I export data from Event Centre?
Currently, exporting is not supported directly from the Event Centre. For data extraction, contact your Tixstock account manager.
What is Buy on TX Trade?
This link opens available inventory within TX Trade, showing listings for the selected event.
How can I view only my listings?
Navigate to the My Events tab to view personalised insights based on your active inventory.
How do I reset all filters and start over?
Click Clear at the top of the dashboard to remove all applied filters and restore the full event view.
Is the Event Centre mobile-friendly?
Yes, it’s fully optimised for desktop, tablet, and mobile use.
